At our boutique bed and breakfast, we are passionate about preserving the character and charm of historic buildings while bringing them into the 21st century. Our team includes experts in adaptive re-use, and we work to ensure that our spaces retain their unique identity while offering modern amenities.

We understand that the spaces we inhabit have a profound impact on our wellbeing, and as such, we strive to create environments that inspire and rejuvenate our guests. We are continuously striving towards this goal, acknowledging that it is a dynamic and ongoing process.
In keeping with our focus on providing a tranquil atmosphere, we aim to minimize background noise and distractions. For this reason, we do not have TVs or music in our public areas. Our guests can unwind and relax in a serene environment, allowing them to fully disconnect and recharge.
From the moment you enter our doors, you’ll notice the careful attention to detail and thoughtful design elements. We invite you to experience the unique charm of our historic building while enjoying all the modern comforts and amenities you expect from a boutique bed and breakfast.
We understand our guests have a variety of needs, and we try to cater for these within the confines of our historic buildings.
We are always looking for ways to both improve our guest experience and make the bed and breakfast as easy to use as possible. This is a work in progress and includes:
- Making our 16th century bed and breakfast as mobility-friendly as possible
- Improving the signage both outside and inside the bed and breakfast
- Avoiding bright lighting in rooms and communal areas
- Offering sleeping packs with eye masks and earplugs
- Quietening loud showers and extractor fans
- Avoiding music and TVs in communal areas
- Implementing a ‘quiet bed and breakfast’ vision throughout Home Farm B&B
