Booking Policy

Bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting us. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to forfeiture of deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care you would your own.

Pets Policy

Unfortunately we have a no-pets policy at Home Farm.

Smoking Policy

Home Farm B&B is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking

Free off-road parking is available for all guests. Please park considerately to allow access for other vehicles.

Payment Information

Where you book through a third-party booking platform, we may receive personal information from that platform. These platforms may include Freetobook, Airbnb, Expedia Group, Google Hotels and other authorised booking partners.

Depending on how you book or communicate with us, personal information may be provided to us by, or shared where necessary with, organisations involved in providing our services.

Freetobook – booking and reservation management;
Stripe – payment processing;
Airbnb – where a reservation is made through Airbnb;
Expedia Group – where a reservation is made through Expedia or an associated booking channel;
Google – where bookings, enquiries or other interactions originate through relevant Google services;
Brevo – mailing-list and email marketing services;
website hosting, email, IT and security service providers;
accountants and other professional advisers; and
government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Some of these organisations act as service providers on our behalf, while others may process information as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Mailing List

If you choose to join our mailing list, we may use Brevo to manage your subscription and send occasional emails containing news and offers. Joining the mailing list is entirely optional.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in marketing emails or by contacting us directly.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending communications that are necessary in connection with an existing booking.
